Kate Bruges, Co-Director of Talent at JWT London
Kate currently leads Talent in JWT, covering recruitment, retention and development of all JWT staff. In addition Kate has also developed a facilitation and training practise delivering programmes to clients such as B&Q, HSBC, Vodafone, Heineken, Kraft, Nestle & Bayer UK. Kate was author of the UK advertising industry (IPA) Continuous Professional Development Standard, now universally adopted by all IPA member agencies. She currently Chairs the IPA Professional Development Committee, and was made a Fellow of the IPA in 2005 for her services to the industry.
Kate Dee, International People Development Director at Time Warner
Kate works with divisional colleagues across both the European and Asia Pacific regions to support and facilitate development opportunities and organisational development initiatives. Kate also works closely with the TW People Development team in New York to ensure the international community is supported appropriately. Kate joined Time Warner Corporate in 2008, from IPC Media, where she was Head of Learning and Development. At IPC, Kate was responsible for providing a range of development solutions to all levels of the business; from skills workshops and coaching, to consultancy advice and OD support.
Niall McKinney, CEO and Founder at UTalkMarketing
Niall is the Founder and CEO of UTalkMarketing.com, the largest website for marketers in Europe and leading digital training provider. Niall started his career in brand management at P&G but was sucked rapidly into the dotcom boom where he was involved in launching an early version of Myspace in 2000. He was a Marketing Director at the age of 24 at Time Warner UK where he oversaw the launch of Europe’s biggest selling men’s magazine. He then joined Lastminute.com Europe as CMO, and had a seat on the main board of this $2 billion turnover company.
